Europa House

A prominent Hull City Centre office building with over 50,000 sq ft of space over 6 floors. It has gold reflective cladding to the front of the building, and was hugely futuristic at the time of its design in 1975. It is on the corner of Ferensway and Anlaby Road in central Hull, next to the train station. We received planning for conversion to 69 residential units, and 10,000 sq ft of commercial use and it was sold in 2018.
