Cringle Corporation is a family company investing in and developing real estate since 1987. Our focus is predominantly on the UK and US, where we bring a hands-on approach to acquiring, managing and improving property.
We are sector agnostic: we look at the merits of each opportunity rather than limiting ourselves to a single property type. Our portfolio spans residential, retail, commercial and industrial assets, reflecting an opportunistic approach grounded in market knowledge and careful assessment.
Family ownership allows us to take a long-term view while remaining flexible when opportunities arise. Through active asset management and considered development, we seek to unlock value in our existing holdings and selectively reinvest in new opportunities.
